Best aspects were the indoor parking and the location. The indoor parking was a great convenience, especially during the Xmas season when it was crowded outside. The key location was right in the middle of all the shopping areas, which made it easy for me to find gifts for my friends and family. Additionally, it was just a few blocks from the Plaza principal, where I enjoyed the festive atmosphere and beautiful decorations.

Worst aspects were the outdated facilities and the uncomfortable mattresses. The hotel felt like it hadn't been updated since the 80's and there were no modern amenities.

The cleanliness of the facilities was impressive, with no unpleasant smells. The food at the restaurant was also really good, a pleasant surprise.
